1) Send an e-mail to yogapeaceandlove@earthlink.net. The title should contains the auction item # and its name that you would like to bid on. In the body of the e-mail, please write the following items:
Your full name
Phone #
Bid amount
2) The highest bid for each item will be updated regulary on the above Items' site (http://yogapeaceandlove.com/AuctionItems.aspx). Until the ending time, at noon on Nov. 17th., 2009, you can bid as many times you'd like ($1 increment).
3) The highest bidder will be contacted on Nov. 18th, 2009.
4) Only the winners will be contacted for detailed information about payment method, pickup location, etc.
5) The payment for the winning items must be made by Nov. 21st, 2009, in order to send the money to the Orange County Rescue Mission. (They have a deadline for the Thanksgiving dinner program.)
Note: The items will NOT be mailed to the winners. Please understand that the next highest bidder will become the winner if
a) the winner cannot pick up the item in the designated locations in Orange County, CA
b) we cannot get a hold of the winner on Nov. 18th, 2009
c) the payment cannot be made by Nov. 21st, 2009.
